Tenant Information
		A non-refundable deposit of €250 is required to hold the property. Employer and previous landlord references are required. A lease agreement for minimum of 12 months must be signed. A standing order form must be completed whereby the rent is deducted from one persons account and automatically paid to Ray Maher Property Service account on the same date each month. The first months rent plus a security deposit is required on move-in date, this must be paid in the form of a bank draft payable to Ray Maher Property Service. Utility bills (i.e. ESB, Gas etc) must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to receiving the key
