Ray Maher Property Service is an independent, family run agency specialising in residential lettings in the Carlow Town area and established for over 20 years. We are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of professional service, for which we are used and recommended by local landlords and tenants.

Meet our friendly and professional team:

Ray...founded the business in 1989 and has vast experience in the Rental Accommodation and Block Management Business. He has good local knowledge and contacts in the Carlow Area and is therefore in a position to provide excellent service to you the landlord, Tenant or Block Management Company.

Catherine ... Fulltime with the business since 2002, prior to which she was the manager of a local Financial Institution. She is the Business and Letting Manager, coordinating all the financial and compliance requirements.

Phyllis... Prior to joining us 5 years ago Phyllis had substantial experience in office administration. Phyllis is the key link with Landlords once the tenants have moved in. She manages and monitors the rental accounts, effectively keeping the rental records up to date and following up on arrears. Her close eye keeps our arrears record at a minimum.

Anna...Joined our Company in February 2010.  Anna is the one you will first meet, when you call personally or on the phone. Anna will arrange appointment for you with our Property Managers. She organises all our maintenance issues and deals with our subcontractors. Anna updates all our rental accommodation listings and administrates all the documentation requirements for us in our capacity as Agents for Block Management Companies.
